Bernard was persuaded to see us after his wife became a patient and was pleased by our staff, office environment, patient philosophy and of course, the dentistry we produced. After a thorough evaluation and discussion of his needs and wants, his plan was to use the All on X protocol, based upon the position of his teeth on his existing denture. This would replace his current removable denture with a fixed appliance that would improve his appearance, function and comfort . Veneers were placed on his lower front teeth to improve their appearance and function. Crowns supported by dental implants were used to replace his missing lower back teeth. He was very pleased with the ease of the process and his big smile attests to it. He is back to eating the steaks that he likes as well as any other foods that he choose

Isaac presented with multiple cavities and broken teeth. He was highly motivated to fix his teeth. After a complete evaluation of his current condition by Dr Massiah and periodontist, Dr Diamond. We embarked on a multiyear phased full mouth rehabilitation. Throughout the process, Isacc was pleasant, patient and diligent in maintaining his new oral hygiene regimen. With phased cases there is a much greater success rate than All on X cases. The patient is able to adapt to the gradual changes rather than one abrupt change. Due to the extent of the disease, the lower teeth were replaced with a bridge supported by dental implants. For the upper arch, the front teeth were able to be saved and were protected with crowns. Derrick is a hard charging fun loving financial professional. We originally did Invisalign to straighten his teeth and placed veneers on the top lateral incisors.
